Quality storytelling needs quality gear

My typical set up for wedding ceremonies, receptions, establishing shots, B-footage, bridal sessions, and more, is the new Canon EOS R5 body paired with the incredible Canon RF 28-70 lens, with Rode VideoMic Pro+, all attached to a Glidecam HD-1000!

The EOS R is my other camera body used at weddings and or as a backup. Adding the RF 70-200 lens for ceremony closeups & speeches while the prime RF 50 ("Nifty Fifty") is used for lower light receptions. The GoPro Karma drone is used for venue establishing shots.

Audio & Lighting*

Various Rode mic's pick up event audio, while the H1n and the 'his and her' Tascams are used exclusively for speeches, vows, and DJ couple introductions. The Core SWX torch LED's are essential for evening receptions and low light indoor events.

*These are my must haves for professional story telling, but significantly more equipment is required
(i.e. batteries, tripods, memory cards, cables, cases etc.)
